Each fall, our Annual Meeting is a vital moment in the life of Holy Covenant United Church of Christ. It’s a time when we come together as a congregation to reflect on the year past, celebrate our ministries, and boldly shape our future. Your voice matters—and your presence helps us meet the quorum required to do the work of the church.

• 🙌 During Worship (10:55 AM): Ministry highlights and celebrations will be shared as part of our Sunday service—both in-person and via livestream.
• 🕛 Annual Meeting (12:15 PM): Join us in the Sanctuary or on Zoom to vote on the 2026 Proposed Budget and elect the 2028 Consistory class.
• 💻 What to Bring: A laptop or tablet to access digital materials—we’re minimizing paper copies as part of our Creation Justice efforts.

Not able to join us live? Absentee Ballots will be available by request from the church office. Please note: absentee votes are counted after the in-person and Zoom votes and do not count toward quorum. Ballots must be returned by Sunday, November 16 at 10:45 AM to be included.
