📸 Church Photo Directory – Schedule Your Session!

October 9–11, 2025

It’s time for a new Holy Covenant Photo Directory! Our church family won’t be complete without you. Join us for professional photography sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 9–11. Every family unit that participates will receive a complimentary 8×10 portrait and a free printed directory. There is no obligation to purchase additional photos.

⏰ Appointment Times

Appointment time slots are approximately 12 minutes in length so timely arrival is a must and sincerely appreciated! Following are scheduling periods per day:

• Thursday, October 9th: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, October 10th: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, October 11th: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🗓 How to Schedule

Scheduling is easy! Choose one of these options:

• Online: Go to www.ucdir.com, click Photography Session Sign-Up (red button), enter nc587 in the Church Code field, and photos in the Church Password field. Follow the prompts to schedule your family’s appointment. Online scheduling is available Monday–Friday. Appointments fill quickly—schedule as soon as possible!
• At Church: Add your name to the sign-up sheet in the Gathering Room.
• By Phone: If you don’t schedule, you may receive a follow-up call inviting you to participate.

✅ What to Expect

• On-site studio at HC: Professional lighting, backgrounds, and portrait previewing.
• Session length: Please allow about 45–60 minutes.
• Options: Variety of poses, backgrounds, print sizes, and framing; packages available.

✨ Getting Ready

• Clothing: Solid colors photograph best.
• Hair: Be yourself; avoid last-minute drastic changes.
• Jewelry: Wear what’s meaningful to you.
• Make-up: As you would for an evening out—eyes are the focal point.
• Glasses: Wear them if you normally do; glare can be corrected.
• Retouch: Light retouching available to soften lines or correct blemishes.

• Invite extended family for a multi-generational portrait.
• Bring your pets (with church office approval)—they’re family too!
• Props welcome: instruments, sports gear, or hobby items that show your family’s personality.
