Holly Middleton

Holly Middleton has recently stepped into the role of Hospitality Coordinator at Holy Covenant UCC. Her warm, servant-heart and organizational skills are already making a difference in how our congregation welcomes visitors, supports fellowship events, and builds community through shared hospitality.

Holly has been an active member of Holy Covenant UCC in many ways, including service on the Racial Justice & Equity Ministry Team. She brings experience and a collaborative spirit to this role.

Outside of church, Holly’s background includes work (or leadership) in areas requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and hospitality — whether managing events, caring for volunteers, or helping foster welcoming environments.

Holly is committed to making everyone who comes through our doors feel seen, cared for, and connected — whether newcomer, visitor, or long-time member.

The Hospitality Ministry Team, led by Eileen Howe and Linda Carver, offers more than coffee and cookies — they craft welcoming spaces for shared meals, sacred celebrations, and community care. Whether hosting a wedding reception, setting a potluck table, or arranging flowers for a memorial luncheon, this team creates room for grace to be felt and seen.

Every table they set and every casserole they warm is an expression of Holy Covenant’s open-hearted welcome. Their ministry reminds us that hospitality is not a task—it’s a sacred act of presence, beauty, and compassion.

☕ What the Hospitality Ministry Team Does

Coordinate and host church-wide meals, receptions, and special events
Prepare food and beverages for potlucks, memorials, and celebrations
Create beautiful table settings and warm, welcoming atmospheres
Provide care through shared meals during times of joy and grief
Support the church’s spirit of hospitality through behind-the-scenes grace
